Amylin
is committed to assisting patients with diabetes in accessing coverage
for its products.
In support of this commitment, the Amylin Patient Assistance Program was established to provide temporary assistance to low income patients who do not have or do not qualify for, public or private insurance coverage for prescription drugs. To be eligible
for the program, patients must meet residency, income, diagnosis and prescription drug
insurance criteria. Eligible patients must reapply after six
months. Please contact the Amylin Patient Assistance Program
for more information and assistance in determining eligibility.
All of our products are covered by this program.
